Payments
Third-party charges and GS Nexus service fees may apply. Charges may depend on project scope, selected service, software, hosting, payment gateway or platform usage. Unless required by law, completed digital service work and third-party usage charges are non-refundable.
Availability
We work to keep services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting, payment gateways, third-party platforms and internet services may change or experience downtime outside our control.
Suspension
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe an account creates legal, security, billing, consent or platform-policy risk.
