How to request deletion
- Email gsnexusofficial@gmail.com from the email connected to your account.
- Use the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your name, phone number and GS Nexus client/account ID, if applicable.
What happens next
We will verify the request and delete or anonymise eligible personal information within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or accounting purposes.
